Janeka Coates-Jordan
OWNER
Janeka Coates-Jordan, is the Founder/ Administrative Director of A Family Truly Matters ALF. Mrs. Jordan has been in the healthcare industry since 1996, beginning as a caregiver for DDA clients in a residential and educational setting. From that experience, Mrs. Jordan fell in love with caring for seniors and providing support for them in their homes. Mrs. Jordan received her Healthcare certifications from Anne Arundel Community College and went on to receive her BA degree in Business Administration from Sojourner-Douglas College. Her background includes, current registration with the Maryland State Board of Nurses as a CNA, GNA, and CMT. Over 5 yrs. of experience as a Program Director and the completion of an 80hr Assisted Living Manager’s course. Mrs. Jordan is committed to delivering the highest quality of care to those who need it most and believes that her experience and understanding of the multidisciplinary approach required for healthcare will enhance the quality and satisfaction of care for each resident.
